Foto Ranzini has a dedicated mounting department, supported by modern reliable equipement in a 300 sq.m. workshop.
We have 3 support benches with a clearance of 205 cm. each, a 3-meter vertical slicer for rigid and semi-rigid supports, a 3-meter aluminum slicer, an automatic cutter capable of executing hundreds of precision slices of Lambda spools, every hour, hour after hour... but most of all, we have the experience and guaranteed professionalism that result in perfect workmanship.

 - Forex
Uninflammable slabs of white PVC (color on request), available in thicknesses of 1 to 10 mm and surfaces up to 200x400 cm.
This material is particularly appreciated by trade fair and events organisers. It can withstand weathering as long as the print process chosen is appropriate.
 - Expanded Bilaminate
These 10 mm. slabs (15 mm. upon request) in formats reaching 200x300 cm., are composed of a high-density polystyrene core covered with two laminates of resin-finished cardboard. Very light and rigid, this solution is self-sustaining and can therefore be affixed in a variety of ways - be it a base, a rear tripod support or other solutions.
- Aluminum
Our 1 mm. sheets can cover surfaces of up to 150x300 cm. This material guarantees a high quality finish and is amenable to both indoor and outdoor uses.
 - Plexiglass
Available in both opaque and transparent versions, this material has the added advantage of offering various thicknesses.
Normally used for back-lit prints, the material has found its way into a variety of uses.
 - Polycarbonate Cells
These transparent slabs available in varying thicknesses (generally 10 / 16 / 20 mm.) can reached large dimensions - 200x600 cm. - and are notable for their remarkable lightness relative to their great rigidity and resistence.
Such mounts have singular results as a 'blinds' effect becomes apparent due to the corrugation of the material.
 - Di-Bond
3 cm slabs composed of two 3/10 aluminum laminates covering a synthetic core.
Excellent quality mounts and good rigidity make this a good choice for higher grade applications such as trade shows, museums, special events, window dressing, etc.

- Teknilight
2 cm. thick slabs reaching 200x300 cm.
The product is a polystyrene core covered by two wood laminates. It provides rigidity without being weighty.
- Lamination
Our prints can be protected with high-quality transparent or opaque coatings.
The coatings come in a variety of options, according to the intended - indoor or outdoor - use: dealing with UV exposure, graffitti, etc.
Amongst other choices, we can produce prints using anti-skid coatings that make the end-product particularly resistant to abrasions.
- Adhesives
Our prints are made adhesive by using high quality membranes that guarantee consistency and durability.
A particular bi-adhesive strip allows manually removal/repositionning (without the use of liquids) and is well suited for glass surfaces.
